This Wine Vault assistant will recommend wine pairings based on food and guest preferences, providing extensive information about the wine and its winery. It aims to bridge the gap between traditional wine culture and digital technology, catering to both enthusiasts and industry professionals. The challenge posed is how to streamline data collection in an industry resistant to technology, proposing integration of online data fetching with citations for accuracy. This approach promises to expedite processes for restaurant management and make wine knowledge more accessible beyond traditional barriers of class status.

This portfolio piece showcases the innovative integration of traditional printmaking techniques with advanced computational processes, highlighting the intuitive and empirical connections between the two. Motivated by the initial observation of a conceptual link, the project entailed thorough research to define and elaborate on these relationships, which included developing a comprehensive glossary and analyzing the mathematical foundations underlying artistic techniques such as halftones and dithers. To manage the complexity of the data, the use of the AI tool Infra nodus was instrumental in visualizing the dense network of terms and ideas, resulting in a dynamic systems chart that not only enhanced the understanding of these intricate relationships but also demonstrated a novel approach to blending art and technology
