Research I designed the website for Cedman Inversiones, a Dominican Republic based SRL that finances residential land projects and supports new urbanization development.

The website emphasizes Yobua Sunset, the project with the most tangible progress.

With three residential projects in process, the company is expanding its presence in local and international markets as a trusted development partner.

How might we connect international investors with Dominican residential and urban development opportunities?

The design employs visual-first storytelling with large-scale photography, and a four-pillar value proposition; Local expertise, Trusted advisors, Global reach & Smart returns

I built a modular component system with sticky navigation and mobile-responsive grids that scale across future projects. The result is a brand experience that turns real estate into aspiration, information into emotion, and investment into lifestyle.

It showcases location maps, 3D renders of future builds, and initial investment costs alongside a streamlined contact pipeline for potential investors.
